Summer Salad Event

April – Buffalo Chicken Salad

A little spicy but good, fresh greens topped with diced tomatoes,
cheddar & jack cheese, and golden fried chicken tenders tossed in
Busters buffalo seasoning, served with home-made Ranch dressing.

May – Southwest Chicken Salad

Marinated chicken breast spread over fresh greens, topped with our
southwest mixture (corn, black beans, bell peppers, diced tomato) and Texas
Toothpick, served with chipotle ranch dressing.

June – Fajita Salad

Fajita seasoned beef or chicken over fresh greens, cooked with fresh grilled
onion, bell beppers, and crunchy flour tortilla strips. Served with
chipotle ranch dressing.
